Staunch "Magic Aquatic" collection was created out of the all the time we had between surf sessions. Our aim is to make you "persevere". Its exactly the fact of surfing the sloppy cold grey crappy waves! Working hard, persevering the cold, the constant surveillance of weather charts and moving swell maps, not to mention doing all those push-ups to stay in shape! All that work for just that one sloppy wave. But don't worry, one day, the waves will get good & we will be there...

Legendary Glasgow skate/surf/snow shop, Clan Skates, are with no doubt one of the last original, independent, inner-city, always friendly skate shop. With great power comes great responsibility... A fantastic opportunity to work for a reknowned shop.

STAUNCH COLLECTION 1 represents an integral spiritual part of living in Scotland. One of the most frustrating places to surf in the world! The dirty North Sea must have the worst waves in the world.Be assured of no big barreling waves, not many crazy ripping maneuvers, no tropical climate, no surfing in boardies, no hot chicks in bikinis on the beach and almost no crowds!!! Some people say you have to be nuts to go out in that, some say why bother, give up, move to Australia. But for the few that stay here this is our slice of heaven. We love it.
